Good news! We've upgraded to a new giving platform (Subsplash) and you can start using it immediately! We've also included a handy 3-step tutorial below. It takes only a couple of minutes or less to go from 'setup' to 'give'— so check it out!

If this is your first time giving on Subsplash, you'll need to create a new login even if you already have a username and password linked to the old system (InFellowship). What this means is that your InFellowship username and password will not work with Subsplash.

Let's get started! 



First-Time User? Follow these 3 Steps to Give Online

STEP 1: Go to the ONLINE GIVING page, enter your giving amount, select your fund and the giving frequency (e.g. one-time, weekly). Click NEXT and follow the steps on the sign-in page. When you login for the first time, you'll need to register by creating a password and providing your name and email address. After you do this, the system will generate and send a 4-digit Giving Code to the email address you provided. You will need to retrieve the code and enter it before you can continue.

STEP 2: You will be asked to link a Debit or Credit Card or a bank account. Don't worry: all your sensitive data is encrypted according to industry standards and securely transmitted directly from your browser to enterprise-grade payment gateways (like First Data and Wells Fargo) where they are secured and not visible or accessible to anyone.

STEP 3: Finally, don't forget to select which fund you want your gift to be associated with. You can still change the amount or frequency here before you submit. Confirm everything is correct and click on the button that says COMPLETE GIFT. That's it! All done.


What's Next?

Any payment methods that you've saved in InFellowship will be deleted along with your login information. Existing user-created recurring schedules have already been deleted. Over the next couple of weeks, you'll be able to view or print your giving history from InFellowship while we transfer our data to a new and easy-to-use access point from which you'll be able to interact with us, and see your profile or what ministry areas you are a part of or active in. At that time, InFellowship will be fully deactivated (we'll let you know when this is going to happen) and your giving history will be solely accessible from that new access point.

The new online giving platform is not only faster to use but easier to navigate. It also allows you to give from your desktop or your mobile device using a responsive site. We will be announcing exciting new features and options over the coming days and weeks so stay tuned!
